Numerous Reasons Everyone Should Drink Warm Turmeric Water/Milk Every Morning.

To get the optimum benefits of turmeric drink, try these recipes:


  1. 1 glass/cup of filtered water or juice.
    2. Half to 1 teaspoon of turmeric xtra 21 powdered blend.
    3. 1 teaspoon honey (optional)


Warm the water/juice.
Add turmeric in the glass/cup.
Slowly stir warm water until thoroughly mixed.

Golden Milk


  1. 1 glass/cup of warm full cream milk.
    2. Half to 1 teaspoon of turmeric xtra 21 powdered blend.
    3. 1 teaspoon honey


Warm the milk.
Add Honey and turmeric xtra 21 in the glass/cup.
Stir/blend warm milk until thoroughly mixed.

Drink and enjoy!

Turmeric Latte

  1. 3/4 glass/cup of warm full cream milk
  2. 1 teaspoon of turmeric powdered blend.
  3. 1 teaspoon honey
  4. 1 tbsp coconut oil/cream
  5. 1 tsp raw cacao powder (optional)


    Stir/blend warm milk until thoroughly mixed.

    Drink and enjoy
